These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the btd111 platform, including all sports betting, casino games, and payment services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing a wager.
01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
btd111 is an adults-only platform. To register an account and use any part of the Platform — including placing sports bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. btd111 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the account balance will be forfeited or returned at btd111's sole discretion.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local legislation. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
- Single account: You may hold only one registered account on btd111. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
- Not a restricted person: You must not be a current or former employee of btd111, a contractor, or a close family member of any such person.
03 Account Registration
To access the full range of btd111 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making financial transactions — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. btd111 relies on the information you provide; any inaccuracies may delay or prevent withdrawals and may result in account suspension.
Information Required at Registration
- Full legal name — as it appears on your national ID, passport, or birth certificate.
- Date of birth — to confirm you are aged 18 or above.

Account Security

04 Deposits & Withdrawals
btd111 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). btd111 does not charge internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own standard service charges.

Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have completed full KYC verification and received approval from btd111's compliance team for an alternative method.
- btd111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Details of applicable wagering requirements are specified in the relevant bonus terms at the time of the promotion.
- btd111 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The registered name on your btd111 account must match the name on your payment account (bKash, Nagad, bank account, etc.).
- Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are communicated in the payments section of your account dashboard.
05 Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports bets and casino game sessions on btd111 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that particular event or game.
Sportsbook — General Rules
- A bet is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation on-screen and, where applicable, via SMS. Bets that do not receive confirmation are void and any deducted funds will be returned to your wallet.
- btd111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was already concluded at the time the bet was accepted, due to a data feed error or technical malfunction.
- In the case of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as published on the Platform at the time the bet was placed.
- btd111 operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for all event scheduling, cut-off times, and result settlement.
- btd111 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any event, market, or outcome at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
- Any bet placed using a malfunctioning price feed, an obvious error in odds, or through automated betting software is void and will be cancelled at btd111's discretion.
Casino & Slots — General Rules
- All casino games on btd111 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. All outcomes are random and fair.
- In the event of a technical failure mid-game (e.g., disconnection during a live casino round), the outcome will be determined by the game provider's server logs. btd111 accepts no liability for interrupted game sessions caused by the user's internet connection.
- Game providers may update rules, Return to Player (RTP) rates, or volatility settings at any time. Current RTP rates for all games are available within each game's information panel.
- Winnings from progressive jackpot games are paid in full to the player's btd111 wallet. Jackpot amounts are displayed in BDT and are accurate at the time of display but may change rapidly due to the real-time nature of progressive pools.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
btd111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the promotion and the general bonus conditions below. btd111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to fair notice to affected players where possible.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the required level of account verification. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
- Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the specific bonus terms at the time of each offer.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins carry an expiry period, after which they are automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of btd111, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.
- Registering more than one account on the btd111 Platform under any circumstances, including under a different name, email address, phone number, device, or IP address.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any other non-human means of interaction.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the btd111 platform, including its game logic, payment systems, or odds calculation engines.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other game format where such collusion would constitute cheating.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or mis-priced odds and retaining associated winnings. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous situation are void.
- Using another person's payment method, bKash account, Nagad wallet, or bank account to deposit or withdraw funds on your btd111 account.
- Engaging in any conduct that btd111 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its other users, or its reputation.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
btd111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if, in btd111's reasonable judgment, any of the grounds listed below are present. Where commercially reasonable and lawful, btd111 will provide the affected user with a written explanation following account action.
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 07.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe when requested by btd111's compliance team.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, account sharing, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method.
- Confirmed age falsification — the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Self-exclusion — at the account holder's own request via btd111's Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting support directly.
- Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure after notice.
Funds Upon Closure
In the event of account closure not related to fraud or breach of Terms, any verified remaining balance in your btd111 wallet will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank account) after standard KYC checks are completed. Balances resulting from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations may be forfeited at btd111's sole discretion.
